Plate & Pulse products are digital and delivered electronically — there is nothing to ship.

Delivery

Immediately after your purchase is complete, you'll receive your download link(s) on the order confirmation page and by email at the address you provide. Most customers receive their files within minutes.

Didn't get your download?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find your files, email [support@plateandpulse.com] with your order number and we'll resend them right away.

Physical items (if applicable)

If you order a physical / print-on-demand product in the future, it will be produced and shipped by our print partner. Estimated production time is [2–5 business days] plus carrier delivery time. Tracking will be emailed when available.
